We have established chili production bases or partnered with local agricultural cooperatives in core production areas for various types of chili, including Xinjiang and Shandong. We have signed agreements on chili cultivation and management, and conduct full-process management over all links of chili production—from sowing and seedling transplanting to field management, harvesting, and drying—to ensure that various indicators of chili raw materials meet the standards, thus achieving controllable quantity and quality of purchased raw materials.

    Production and processing are fully conducted in accordance with the process flow specified by the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system to control potential hazards. QC (Quality Control) inspectors continuously monitor the production process to ensure production is carried out in accordance with the process flow and product formulas. They also promptly sample and test in-process products in accordance with the sampling frequency, ensuring the quality of the final products complies with laws, regulations, and customer requirements.

    The laboratory is equipped with a microbiological testing room, a physical and chemical testing room, and an R&D room. It houses various testing equipment, including Shimadzu photometer (Japan), Mettler Toledo electronic balance, Mettler Toledo moisture meter, and Novasina water activity meter (Switzerland). For different products and based on different customer requirements, third-party testing is conducted regularly to ensure the quality of our products.
